Now Open: LA 39/Claiborne Ave./Judge Seeber Bridge vehicular access (Orleans Parish)

Updated: 11 a.m., Saturday, August 2, 2025: The LA 39 Judge Seeber/Claiborne Ave. Bridge has reopened to vehicular traffic. Daily vehicle access will remain from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. until updated otherwise.

New Orleans – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announces the following updates on the LA 39 Judge Seeber/Claiborne Ave. Bridge in New Orleans.
- The LA 39 Judge Seeber/Claiborne Ave. Bridge, is now scheduled to reopen to vehicle traffic daily, from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., beginning Monday, August 4, 2025.
- DOTD will notify the public of any adjustments to this schedule.
- The bridge will require upcoming additional closures for maintenance, including daytime closures, and DOTD will make these closure announcements as soon as they are scheduled.
