The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning on Thursday, July 31, 2025, Red Cut Road will be closed approximately 2.6 miles East of LA 557, in Ouachita Parish.
The purpose of this bridge closure is to replace the Red Cut Road Bridge over Watson Branch. The bridge is expected to reopen early 2026.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
PERMIT/DETOUR:
The detour route will be posted by the Ouachita Parish Police Jury.
