US 90 northbound and LA 92-1 (Smede Highway), St. Martin Parish - Road and Lane Closures

DOTD announces that the following road and lane closures will take place on US 90 northbound and LA 92-1 (Smede Highway) in St. Martin Parish:
LA 92-1 Road Closure
LA 92-1 (Smede Highway) from its intersection with US 90 to Freeman Road (0.13 miles east of its intersection with US 90) will be fully closed to traffic beginning on Sunday, July 27, at 12:00 p.m. until Monday, July 28, at 6:00 a.m., weather permitting.
This closure is necessary to allow crews to complete the reconstruction of LA 92-1 at its intersection with US 90.
The detour for westbound traffic will be LA 182 (Old Spanish Trail Highway) then east on LA 88 (Coteau Road) towards US 90.
The detour for eastbound traffic will be LA 88 (Coteau Road) then North on LA 182 (Old Spanish Trail Highway) towards LA 92-1.
A detour route will not be posted.
Emergency vehicles will not have access through the area.
US 90 at LA 92-1 Lane Closure
The outside travel lane of US 90 northbound at its intersection with LA 92-1 (Smede Highway) will be closed Sunday, July 27, at 12:00 p.m. until Monday, July 28, at 6:00 a.m., weather permitting.
This closure is necessary to allow crews to complete the reconstruction of LA 92-1 at its intersection with US 90.
Emergency vehicles will have access to the area but may encounter delays.
