RAMP CLOSURE: I-20 westbound on-ramp from LA 1 (N. Spring St), Caddo Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that on Saturday, July 12, 2025, the I-20 westbound on-ramp from LA 1 northbound (N. Spring Street) in Shreveport, Caddo Parish will be closed.
This ramp closure is scheduled to take place from approximately 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and is necessary to allow for routine bridge inspection.
This bridge is located approximately 2.4 miles north of LA 3032 (Shreveport-Barksdale Hwy). (see included map)
Restrictions/Permits: Total ramp closure at the specified location. All vehicles will need to utilize an alternate route.
Alternate Route: All traffic must detour using LA 1 northbound (N. Spring) to US 80 (Texas St) to LA 1 southbound (Market St) to I-20.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
