I-20 WB Tremont Rest Area TO BE CLOSED, Lincoln Parish

UPDATE 7/1/2025: I-20 WB TREMONT REST AREA OPENED AS OF 12:15 PM.
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 9:00 AM the Tremont Rest Area located on I-20 Westbound near Choudrant (mile marker 97) in Lincoln Parish will be closed.
This closure is necessary to fix a water line.
The rest area closure is expected to last a few hours, and DOTD will issue an update when additional information becomes available.
The Tremont Rest Area on I-20 Eastbound will remain open.
