Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced there will be a FULL closure on Eastbound Broad Street from the Interstate 210 Exit Ramp to Falconer Lane, starting Monday, July 7, 2025, through Friday, September 5, 2025.
The closure is necessary for crews to make subsurface drainage repairs.
Detour route:
Motorists traveling eastbound on Broad Street will take Pamco Road to Fruge Street, to Bunker Road, to Broad Street.
The closure area is marked in red. The detour route is marked in blue.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
