I-55 Southbound Off-Ramp to I-12 Eastbound (Exit 29A) and I-12 Alternating Lane Closures are scheduled as follows, weather permitting, while crews perform bridge maintenance operations:
RAMP CLOSURES (NIGHTLY):
Thursday (6/12/25): 8PM – 6AM: I-55 Southbound Off-Ramp to I-12 Eastbound (Exit 29A)
ALTERNATING LANE CLOSURES (NIGHTLY):
Thursday (6/12/25): 8PM – 6AM: I-12 Eastbound Alternating Lane closures near Mile Marker 38
Permit Information:
No restrictions for oversized loads.
Detour Information:
The following routes may be used to avoid ramp closures:
Motorist traveling I-55 south with a destination of I-12 east may take the I-55 off-ramp to I-12 west exit (Exit 29B), then west to Pumpkin Center Rd. exit (Exit 35), then south to the I-12 eastbound on-ramp.
