UPDATE: LA 134 has been reopened to all through traffic as of 5:00 PM on Friday, June 13, 2025. The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 134 will experience various lane closures until Friday, August 1, 2025. The lane closures will be located between the intersection of LA 134 and LA 17 in Epps, LA and Alligator Bayou Bridge at the intersection of LA 134 and Ozie Starks Road. The lane closures are required to perform asphalt paving. This work will be performed weather permitting.
LA 134 near Epps, LA in West Carroll Parish will be closed to all through traffic beginning Monday, June 9, 2025 through Thursday, June 12, 2025, weather permitting. The road closure will be located 2.11 miles east of the LA 134 and LA 17 intersection in Epps, LA. The road closure is required to replace an existing cross drain located on LA 134. The cross drain replacement is expected to take 4 days total, weather permitting.

Restrictions: There are no restrictions to traffic at this time.
Detour: Formal detour routes are no longer required at this time. LA 134 will be open to all traffic.
