Update (1/12/2026): LA 126 in Caldwell Parish, Bridge Creek Bridge (Project#H.014249) closure for the bridge replacement has been extended until Friday, January 30, 2026.
Update (11/25/2025): LA 126 in Caldwell Parish, Bridge Creek Bridge (Project#H.014249), closure for bridge replacement has been extended until Friday, January 16, 2026.
(5/29/2025) LA 126 in Caldwell Parish, Bridge Creek Bridge (Project#H.014249), approximately 0.5 mile from the intersection of LA 126 and LA 849, will be closed beginning Monday, June 9, 2025, until Friday, November 28, 2025, for contractors to replace the bridge.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (days only, no night work expected).
Permit/Detour: LA 126, LA 124, LA 506, LA 849, LA 126.
