I-55 NB and SB Intermittent and Alternating Lane Closures (Between Mile Points 23 and 32), Concrete Patching – Tangipahoa Parish

There will be intermittent and alternating lane closures on I-55 northbound and southbound between US 51 (Exit 23) and LA 3234 (Exit 32) from 8PM to 6AM, nightly, beginning on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 through Thursday, July 31, 2025, weather permitting, while crews perform concrete patching and related work.
PERMIT INFORMATION:
No restrictions for oversized loads.
DETOUR INFORMATION:
The following alternate routes may be used to avoid the construction zone:
Motorists traveling I-55 north may take US 51B (Exit 23) north to US 190, then west on US 190 to US 51, then north on US 51 to LA 3234, then west on LA 3234 to re-intersect I-55.
Motorists traveling I-55 south may take LA 3234 (Exit 32) east to US 51, then south US 51 to US 190, then east on US 190 to US 51B, then south on US 51B to re-intersect I-55.
