EMERGENCY ROAD CLOSURE: LA 3211 (Northwest Boulevard) in Franklin, St. Mary Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that, effective immediately, LA 3211 (Northwest Boulevard) from BNSF Railroad to between Super 1 Foods and Walmart in Franklin, St. Mary Parish will be closed to through traffic until further notice.
This road closure is necessary due to deteriorating road conditions caused by wet weather events while the road is currently under reconstruction.
Emergency vehicles will not have access to the area.
Detour signage will not be posted but will consist of traveling on LA 3211, traveling southeast on US 90, exiting at LA 3215 (Exit 157) and traveling northwest on LA 182.
