The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, weather permitting, Bridge #080500520500001 and #084004550536472 on I-49 Northbound and Southbound bridges over Union Pacific Railroad will be reduced to one lane for routine bridge inspection. The bridge is located 1.05 Miles North of LA 498.
Permit/Detour section
No detour will be needed as one lane will be open at all times.
