Required Update: Gulf of America Vicinity Map on Title Sheets

Dear Consultants,
Effective immediately, all new project submittals must include the Gulf of America vicinity map on the title sheet.
Updated title sheet templates reflecting this change are now available in ProjectWise, on the S: drive, and on the DOTD website. Please ensure you begin using these updated templates for all new projects going forward.
For any plan sets that have not yet been signed by the Chief Engineer, you must either:
- Update to the new title sheet template, or
- Manually revise the vicinity map text to read Gulf of America.
