CORRECTION - LANE CLOSURE: US 71 (N. Market St) northbound near I-220, Caddo Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, the northbound outside (right) lane of US 71 (N. Market Street) north of I-220 in Shreveport will be closed.
This lane closure is scheduled to take place from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and is necessary to allow SWEPCO to replace electrical components on an existing utility pole.
This is located approximately 1.2 miles north of the intersection with LA 3094 (Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive).

This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
