Alternating lane closure: north approach intersection of LA 397 with US 90 – Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced there will be alternating lane closures at the north approach of the intersection of LA 397 with US 90 on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, through Thursday, May 22, 2025.
The closures will be in effect from 8 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. daily.
The work is necessary for crews to perform pavement patching and curb repair. There is a 10-foot width restriction on LA 397 NB and SB.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
