There will be intermittent and alternating lane closures in this four-lane section of LA 21 between LA 1075 and the Bogalusa City Limits (near LA 3124/S. Columbia St.)). These lane closures are to allow crews to remove and replace the existing asphalt roadway, place temporary and/or permanent striping, guard rails, rumble strips and other related work. There are no time restrictions for this project. The contractor plans to work 24 hour days during the milling operations of construction.
