Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for both FTA and FHWA Projects - Baton Rouge

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD) would like to invite all
interested parties to a stakeholders meeting to discuss and provide feedback on the
establishment of our FY 2026-2028 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for both FTA
and FHWA Projects.
Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
LA DOTD Headquarters auditorium, first floor
1201 Capitol Access Road in Baton Rouge.
Federal regulations 49 CFR Part 26.45(g) (1) states, "In establishing an overall goal, you must
provide for public participation. This public participation must include consultation with minority,
women's and general contractor groups, community organizations, and other officials or
organizations which could be expected to have information concerning the availability of
disadvantaged and non-disadvantaged businesses, the effects of discrimination on opportunities
for DBEs, and your efforts to establish a level playing field for the participation of DBEs." There
will also be zoom capability.
