HWY 1/EDEN STREET (IBERVILLE PARISH) – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists of a southbound single lane closure on HWY 1/Eden Street.

On Monday, May 5, 2025 through Thursday, May 8, 2025 a southbound single lane closure will take place on HWY 1/Eden Street between Court Street and Haase Street from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.

This closure is necessary to repair a water leak at the corner of Meriam Street and HWY 1/Eden Street. The southbound west lane will be closed until construction is complete.

No detour routes are necessary however, permit loads over 12’ wide should call the permit office for alternate routes.
