DOTD adds new traffic signal at US 90/US 90B interchange in Avondale

Avondale, La. - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises the traveling public that a new traffic signal has been installed at the US 90/US 90B interchange in Avondale, LA.
This signal replaces an existing four-way stop and will help manage traffic flow and enhance safety.
Motorists are urged to be aware of the change in traffic configuration and prepare for possible congestion as the timing for the new signals is adjusted. Drivers must remove all distractions while behind the wheel, adhere to the posted speed limit, and never drive while impaired.
