Lane closure: I-10 WB near Milepost 31 (Bilbo Street overpass to Calcasieu River Bridge) – Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced the left lane of Interstate 10 Westbound near Milepost 31 (between the Bilbo Street overpass to the Calcasieu River Bridge) will be closed between the hours of 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 30, 2025, to 5 a.m. Thursday, May 1, 2025.
The Kirkman Street on-ramp to I-10 will be closed during this time.
Detour information:
Motorists can detour via Church Street and Lakeshore Drive to access I-10 WB.
The closure is necessary for crews to perform repairs to overhead street lighting.
