REMINDER: I-10 Eastbound On-Ramp at LA 1 Scheduled for Overnight Closures

Port Allen, La.- The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises motorists that the I-10 Eastbound On-Ramp, currently from the existing LA-1 Northbound bridge, will have a full closure Sunday, April 27, 2025 and Monday, April 28, 2025, from 10:00pm to 4:00am each night. These closures are necessary for the work required to install new asphalt shoulder along the I-10 EB on-ramp, install temporary concrete barriers, and place temporary striping for the upcoming traffic diversion that will have Northbound traffic accessing the I-10 EB On-Ramp from the new LA-1 Southbound Bridge.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution throughout construction and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
