Update (5/30/2025): LA 4 (Project#4400031763) is open to all vehicular traffic.
DOTD appreciates your patience while the contractors completed roadway milling and overlay.
(4/21/2025) LA 4, Project#4400031763, Franklin Parish, from the intersection with Old Columbia Road to the intersection of Buie Road west of Fort Necessity, will have alternating lane closures during the day (No night work expected) beginning Wednesday, April 23, 2025, until approximately Friday, May 30, 2025, for contractors to complete roadway milling and overlay.
Permit/Detour: No detour necessary. Lane closure only.
