Update (5/29/2025): LA 4 (Kinloch St) in Winnsboro, Project#4400031763 in Franklin Parish is open to all vehicular traffic.
DOTD appreciates your patience while the contractors completed roadway milling and overlay.
(4/21/2025) LA 4 (Kinloch St) in Winnsboro, Project#4400031763, Franklin Parish, from the intersection of LA 17 to the intersection of US 425, will have alternating lane closures during the day (No night work expected) beginning Wednesday, April 23, 2025, until approximately Friday, May 30, 2025, for contractors to complete roadway milling and overlay.
Permit/Detour: No detour necessary. Lane closure only.
