LA 447, Lane Closures, from Milton Lane to Pendarvis Lane, Roadway Striping Operations – Livingston Parish

There will be intermittent and alternating lane closures on LA 447 from Milton Lane to Pendarvis Lane, nightly, from 8PM to 6AM beginning on Thursday, May 1, 2025 through Saturday, May 3, 2025, weather permitting, while crews install new pavement markings. At least one lane will remain open in each direction at all times.
PERMIT INFORMATION:
No restrictions for oversized loads.
DETOUR INFORMATION:
The following alternate routes may be used to avoid the construction zone:
Motorists traveling LA 447 north may take LA 16 west to LA 1026 north, then north to US 190, then east on US 190 to re-intersect LA 447.
Motorists traveling LA 447 south may take US 190 west to LA 1026 south, then south to LA 16, then west on LA 16 to re-intersect LA 447.
