LA 87 (Old Jeanerette Road) will be closed 0.42 miles south of LA 3182 (Bayside Street) on Monday, April 14 at 7:00 a.m. until Friday, April 25 at 5:00 p.m., weather permitting.
This closure is necessary for crews to install new drainage structures underneath the roadway.
Emergency vehicles will not have access to the area.
A detour route will be posted and motorist can utilize LA 3182 (Bayside Street) to travel north on LA 182 (Main Street), then northeast on LA 671 (Lewis Street), then southeast on LA 87.
