RAMP CLOSURE: I-49 southbound to I-220 eastbound, Caddo Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, the I-49 southbound ramp to I-220 eastbound in Shreveport, Caddo Parish will be closed.
This ramp closure is anticipated to be in place from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and is necessary for roadway maintenance activities.
Restrictions/Permits: Ramp closure at the specified location.
Alternate Route: Detour signage will be in place.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment. Remember to leave plenty of room between you and the vehicle in front of you.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
