CANCELLED Acadia Parish - I-10 Eastbound at Exit 82 ( La. 1111/East Crowley) - Ramp Closure

CROWLEY, La. - The I-10 eastbound entrance ramp at Exit 82 (La. 1111/East Crowley) will be closed on the following nights.

  • CANCELLED Thursday, April 3, at 8 p.m. until Friday, April 4, at 6 a.m. weather permitting.
  • CANCELLED Sunday, April 6, at 8 p.m. until Monday, April 7, at 6 a.m., weather permitting.
  • CANCELLED Monday, April 7, at 8 p.m. until Tuesday, April 8, at 6 a.m. weather permitting.
  • NEW Thursday, April 10, at 8 p.m. until Friday, April 11, at 6 a.m., weather permitting.
  • NEW Sunday, April 13, at 8 p.m. until Monday, April 14, at 6 a.m., weather permitting.
  • NEW Monday, April 14, at 8 p.m. until Tuesday, April 15, at 6 a.m., weather permitting.
This ramp closure is necessary to allow crews to perform milling and paving operations for the I-10 entrance ramp along with guardrail removal, milling, paving and installation operations for the I-10 outside shoulder and ramp.

Motorist traveling on La. 1111 will only be able to access I-10 eastbound via the posted detour route, which includes taking I-10 westbound to Exit 80 (La. 13/Crowley Eunice), turn south on La. 13, and then take I-10 Eastbound.

Emergency vehicles will not have access to the entrance ramp at Exit 82 (La. 1111/East Crowley).

Detour routes will be posted during the ramp closure periods.

There will be no vehicle width restrictions with this work.
