UPDATE - LANE CLOSURE: LA 523 (Line Ave) near Ashley Ridge Blvd., Caddo Parish
(UPDATE 3/24/2025): DOTD advises motorists that this lane closure has been rescheduled for Thursday, March 27, 2025. The time frame will remain the same as previously announced - 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Original notification 3/17/2025:
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises on Monday, March 24, 2025, the southbound outside (right) lane of LA 523 (Line Avenue) near the railroad crossing just north of Ashley Ridge Blvd. in Shreveport, Caddo Parish will be closed.
This lane closure is scheduled to take place from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and is necessary to allow crews to perform work on the advance warning signage for the RR crossing at this location.
This is located 0.25 miles north of the LA 3132 interchange (see attached map).
Restrictions/Permits: N/A
Alternate Route: N/A
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
