New Traffic Pattern: LA 431 near LA 42 – Ascension Parish

Construction is underway for State Projects H.012057. This State Project is to replace two existing drainage bridges on LA 431, 500’ south of LA 42 in Ascension Parish.
LA 431 will be shifted from the current detour onto the original alignment. This shift is scheduled to take place on Monday, December 1, 2025. The newely constructed bridges will be open to traffic on December 1st.
