LA 74 (ASCENSION PARISH) ALTERNATING LANE CLOSURES - US 61 to CCs Drive

LA 74 (ASCENSION PARISH) - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists of alternating east and westbound lane closure on LA 74.
On Wednesday, March 12, 2025 through Thursday, May 1, 2025 alternating lanes on LA 74 will be closed from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM daily, between Airline Highway/US 61 and CCs Dr.
This closure is necessary to assist Entergy in conducting utility line and pole repairs and replacements. As work progresses along LA 74, the closures will shift accordingly. As utility lines cross the roadway, the closures will alternate between travel lanes. Only a single-lane closure will be implemented at any given time.
