The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that the LA 1 Northbound bridge will have intermittent lane closures due to construction being performed in the closed lane beginning Wednesday, March 19, 2025 through June 13th, 2025 from 7:00am to 4:00pm. These intermittent lane closures are necessary to guide construction vehicles and equipment in and out of traffic during the delivery and offloading of bridge piles.
