Restrictions: One lane will remain open at all times on I-12 WB. Motorists and emergency vehicles will not have access to LA 21/I-12 WB Off Ramp and LA 1077/I-12 WB Off Ramp. LA 21 and LA 1077 exits from I-12 WB will NOT be closed at the same time. Message boards will contain current lane and ramp closure status.
