***UPDATE***Intermittent lane closure: LA 1144 between LA 384 and Sam Daigle Road – Cameron Parish

UPDATE: Cameron Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces intermittent lane closures along LA 1144 between LA 384 and Sam Daigle Road will be in effect from Monday, March 10, 2025, through Friday, March 21, 2025.
Closures will be in place from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The closure is necessary for crews to conduct a milling and paving project using a pilot operation. The intersection of LA 384 and LA 1144 will be controlled by flaggers on LA 384 and a pilot vehicle on LA 1144.
Safety reminder:
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
