    Detour: Motorists attempting to travel LA 427 WB in this location should take the following detour routes: US 61 NB: Motorists are advised to detour by bypassing LA 427 to LA 42 (Highland Rd). Motorists should take a left onto LA 42 Westbound, followed by another left onto LA 427 Southbound. US 61 SB: Motorists are advised to detour by taking a right LA 42 Westbound, followed by a left onto LA 427 Southbound. LA 427 WB: Motorists are advised to detour by taking a right onto US 61 Northbound. Motorists should then take a left onto LA 42 Westbound, followed by another left onto LA 427 Southbound. LA 427 Westbound traffic traveling from LA 73 will not be allowed to continue straight thru the US 61 signal. This closure is necessary to replace a concrete catch basin under the westbound lane of LA 427.

    LA 427 (Perkins Rd) will be closed in the Westbound direction between US 61 (Airline Hwy) and Perkins Oak Rd Saturday, March 8th between 7:00 AM thru 10:00 PM. The US 61 Northbound left turn lane onto LA 427 will also be closed Saturday, March 8th between 7:00 AM thru 10:00 PM. Motorists attempting to travel LA 427 should take the following detour route: US 61 NB: Motorists are advised to detour by bypassing LA 427 to LA 42 (Highland Rd).
