The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Developement advises the public that the bridge on LA 1232, over Kyiaies Creek, is now opened to the public.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that starting on Saturday, March 1, 2025, the bridge on LA 1232 over KYIAIES CREEK will be closed for a complete bridge replacement. The estimated completion date is May 17, 2025. The bridge is at Bethlehem, LA and is located 5.84 MI EAST OF LA 501.
Permit/Detour section
Eastbound traffic will detour to LA 501 Southbound to LA 156 Eastbound.
Westbound traffic will detour to LA 156 Westbound to LA 501 Northbound.
