Update (3/5/2025): LA 17, Project#4400030551, in Franklin Parish at the intersection of LA 17 and Locust Street to the intersection of Locust Street and Adams Street in the town of Winnsboro will be closed beginning Monday, March 10, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. until approximately Friday, March 14, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. for contractors to complete patching.
