H.015556 – LA 308 – Assumption Parish

Construction is underway for State Project H.015556, LA 308: LA 1011 – Franklin Ave. This project is 6.763 miles in Assumption Parish. The type of work includes milling asphalt concrete, pavement patching, asphalt concrete overlay, drainage and guardrail replacement, striping and related work at a cost of $1,914,596.98.
LA 308 will have alternating lane closures in both directions between LA 1011 and Franklin Avenue beginning Monday, February 24th, and extending thru Friday, April 25th, 2025 Closures will take place daily, Mondays through Fridays. Flaggers will be on site to direct traffic through the work zone. One lane of travel will be maintained at all times. Motorists should expect delays when traveling through the work zone.
These closure are necessary for installing new guardrails, milling, and overlaying asphalt pavement.
These closures are subject to change due to adverse weather conditions.
