St. Mary Parish - Sterling Bridge over Bayou Teche ( La. 322) - Bridge Closure

UPDATE: Sterling Bridge over the Bayou Teche on La. 322 is now OPEN to traffic.
The Sterling Bridge over the Bayou Teche on La. 322 will close again to traffic on Monday, February 24, 2025 through March 1, 2025 to allow crews to complete the remaining repairs on the bridge deck.
FRANKLIN, La. - Sterling Bridge over the Bayou Teche on La. 322 will be closed effective immediately through Saturday, March 1, 2025, weather permitting.
This closure is necessary to allow maintenance crews to perform repair work on the bridge deck.
Emergency vehicles will not have access through the area.
The detour will consist of La. 322, La. 87, La. 3069, and La. 182.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
