Revisions to DOTD Form 24-102: Revised December 12, 2024

Attention Consultant Community:

Please be advised that the DOTD Form 24-102 and advertisement have been revised to incorporate some minor changes:
  • Removed the wording “past performance evaluation” from past performance evaluation disciplines in Sections 12, 17 and 19. This wording has been confusing for new consultants, who do not have any “past performance evaluation” disciplines (i.e., the disciplines are: Appraiser, Bridge, CE&I/OV, CPM, Data Collection, Environmental, Geotech, ITS, Other (must specify), Planning, Right-of-Way, Road, Survey, and Traffic.

  • This wording “past performance evaluation” has also been removed from page 2 of the advertisement.

  • Section 17 – added the following:*** Consultants have the flexibility to determine what a project is though still limited to one project per sheet. For example, an IDIQ or other retainer-type contract can be considered a project for the purpose of this section.
Begin using the December 12, 2024 version posted with the advertisements.
