Daily shoulder closures on Sampson St. north of Isle of Capri Blvd.: Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces shoulder closures in multiple locations are scheduled for Monday, December 9, 2024, through Friday, December 20, 2024, from 7 a.m.-5 p.m.
The following areas will be closed:
- Right northbound shoulder of Sampson St. just north of Isle of Capri Blvd.
These closures are necessary to conduct soil boring evaluations.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
