The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that the Entrance to the US 190 Westbound Distributor Road to LA 67 (Plank Rd) Southbound On Ramp will have nightly closures beginning Monday, November 18, and ending Sunday, December 15, 2024.
Ramp Closures and Detour information for this continuous closure are provided below.
NIGHTLY RAMP CLOSURES 7:00 PM-5:00 AM
- US 190 WB to LA 67 SB On Ramp – CLOSED
These closures are necessary to paint the steel bridge structure.
These closures are subject to change due to adverse weather conditions.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the work zone and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.

DETOUR INFORMATION:
US-190 WB Distributor Road will be closed directly West of the Beechwood and US-190 WB intersection.
The on ramp to Plank Road South Bound from US-190 WB Distributor Road will be closed. Travelers needing to access Plank Rd South Bound from US-190 WB Distributor Road need to detour on the Beechwood Frontage Rd.
The on ramp to US-190 WB Distributor Road from Plank Road North Bound will be closed. Travelers needing to access US-190 WB from Plank Rd North Bound need to detour to Evangeline Street.
