I-49 Southbound at Exit 11 (Grand Coteau/Sunset), St. Landry Parish - Lane Closure

The outside travel lane of I-49 southbound at Exit 11 (Grand Coteau/Sunset) will be closed from Friday, November 1 at 7:30 a.m. until Saturday, November 2 at 12:00 p.m., weather permitting.
This closure is necessary to allow crews to address recent roadway failures by conducting asphalt patching operations.
The road will be open to regular traffic with a 12-foot lane restriction on oversized loads passing through the work zone.
Emergency vehicles will have access to the area but may encounter delays.
No detour is necessary.
