LANE CLOSURE: LA 511 (Jimmie Davis Bridge) over the Red River, Bossier & Caddo Parishes
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that on Sunday, October 13, 2024, the eastbound lane of the LA 511 (Jimmie Davis Bridge) over the Red River in Caddo & Bossier Parishes will be closed for the purpose of routine bridge inspection.
This lane closure is scheduled to take place from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with traffic being allowed to cross the bridge through the use of flagging operations.
This bridge inspection is being conducted by a consultant. Please drive cautiously through the work zone, slow down, remove any distractions, and never drive while impaired.

This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
