I-10 Westbound at the Frankel Farms Road Overpass, Acadia Parish, Lane Closure for Bridge Maintenance

The outside/right lane of I-10 Westbound at the Frankel Farms Road Overpass (approximately mile marker 79.5) will be closed Wednesday, October 9 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., weather permitting.
This closure is to allow crews to make necessary bridge maintenance repairs.
Emergency vehicles will have access to the area but may encounter delays. Motorist are encouraged to use alternate routes.
The road will be open to regular traffic with a 16-foot lane restriction on oversized loads passing through the work zone.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
