Harvey Tunnel Full Closure Friday

Jefferson Parish, La. - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises motorists that the Harvey Tunnel (US 90 BUS) will be fully closed to vehicular traffic on Friday, September 27, 2024, from 3 a.m. to 5 p.m. for road paving. This work is part of the $53 million Harvey Canal Tunnel Rehabilitation Project.
Westbound tunnel lanes will reopen to the public beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday.
