Improvement work on I-10 Frontage Road from Landfill Road to LA 101 starting Aug. 12, 2024 – Jefferson Davis Parish

Jefferson Davis Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announces that starting Monday, August 12, 2024, an asphalt overlay will begin on the Interstate 10 North Frontage Road from Landfill Road to LA 101.
This project will consist of milling asphaltic pavement, asphalt patching, asphalt overlay, and related work.
Intermittent lane closures will be required to perform the work. Drivers should expect delays.
The project is estimated for completion in September 2024, weather permitting.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
