UPDATE: This closure has been rescheduled.
Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that the left lane of Interstate 10 Eastbound from Exit 4 (Mile Marker 4) to Gum Gully Bridge (Mile Marker 5) will be closed, starting 7 p.m. Tuesday, August 6, 2024, until 6 a.m. Wednesday, August 7, 2024.
The closures are necessary for crews to conduct roadway maintenance.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
