RESCHEDULED: I-49 NB & SB from MM 26 to MM 28 at Exit 27 - LA 10 (Lebeau), St. Landry Parish, Alternating Lane Closures

Update: Due to weather conditions this closure has been rescheduled for Thursday, August 1 from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., weather permitting.
I-49 Northbound and Southbound from mile marker 26 to mile marker 28 at Exit 27 - LA 10 (Lebeau) will have alternating lane closures on Friday, July 26, from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., weather permitting.
These closures are required to perform roadway surveys on both sides of the each bridge.
The road will be opened to regular traffic with a 12-foot lane restriction on oversized loads passing through the work zone.
Emergency Vehicles will have access but may encounter delays.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds motorists to please drive with caution and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
