NOW OPEN: St. Landry Parish, Opelousas - La. 182 from Congress Street to Perry Lane- Emergency Road Closure

UPDATE: THIS ROUTE IS NOW OPEN TO TRAFFIC.
ST. LANDRY PARISH, La. – Effective immediately a road closure of LA 182 from Congress Street to Perry Lane in Opelousas, LA., is necessary to repair a broken gas line.
Gas line repair crews are working in the area and are expected to have the gas line repaired by late afternoon. Opelousas police department will be diverting traffic away from the area, until repairs are complete.
Only authorized emergency vehicles will have access to the area.
