UPDATE - REOPENED: LA 4 in Bienville Parish
(UPDATE): DOTD advises motorists that these repairs are complete and this roadway has been reopened.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, a section of LA 4 in Bienville Parish will be closed.
The closure will be on LA 4 from its western junction with LA 155 to its junction with LA 501 in Friendship.
The closure is scheduled to take place from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and is necessary to allow DOTD crews to repair a cross drain pipe.
Restrictions/Permits: Total road closure at the specified location. All vehicles will need to utilize an alternate route.
Alternate Route: Detour signage will be in place.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.

Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
